Dussie’ Chic DO NOT OFFER refunds only exchange or store credit in the event that your order:
• Is canceled by Dussie’ Chic
• One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
• Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect! A picture of your original purchase along with the defective item must be sent to our customer service email for processing.

Return policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

At this time we do not offer return labels.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
• All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from original order!  
What items are considered final sale

◦ Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for exchanges and or store credit

What are Dussie’ Chic reserved rights regarding returns?

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing.”

PICK UP

We’re now offering Pick Up!! Now you can get what you need, quickly and safely. Pick up option is available under our delivery tab on our online website. Once placing your items for pick up, you will receive an email with our customer service telephone number and address. When you arrive, please contact us and we’ll bring your order out.  Please have your order confirmation number and photo ID ready when you drop by.


SHIPPING

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

Domestic orders takes 3-4 business days to be process and packed from the date of order excluding holidays, Orders places on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Orders on those days will be process the next business day!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non refundable! If you refuse any packages from us, you will be held responsible for original shipping cost, plus the cost of returning the package to us!

DELIVERY POLICY


If your package is lost or missing, you must contact your shipping carrier. Dussie’ Chic is not responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered.” All packages are insured and the buyers assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.
